Informatieavond borstvoeding

Goed begin is het halve werk
Op deze informatieavond over borstvoeding leer je hoe je begint met borstvoeding en krijg je veel praktische informatie over de kraamweek. Je leert wat bij borstvoeding belangrijk is en waar je op moet letten. Met deze kennis heb je een goede basis en kun je zelf veel problemen herkennen en voorkomen. De informatie wordt gegeven de lactatiekundige van Aidulac, Annette Luime. De interactieve opzet biedt voldoende ruimte voor het stellen van je vragen. Als je wilt, kun je het aanleggen zelf oefenen met een oefenpop.

Inhoud
Onderwerpen die aan bod komen zijn: het belang van vroeg en goed aanleggen na de geboorte, huidcontact, verschillende voedingshoudingen, hoe vaak voeden, hoe weet je of je baby genoeg krijgt en het verloop van borstvoeding in de kraamperiode.

Wanneer en waar?
Van 19.30 tot 21.30 uur bij Aidulac. Locatie verloskundig centrum Delvi: Buitenhofdreef 272 in Delft.
Deelname kost € 30,-. De steun van je partner is belangrijk bij het slagen van borstvoeding, je partner mag gratis mee.

Op donderdagavond van 19.30-21.30 bij mij op de praktijk in 2023: 11 mei, 6 juli, 7 september, 9 november
Op zaterdagochtend van 10.00-12.00 geef ik deze cursus bij Frieda Vroedvrouwen in Rotterdam in 2023: 1 april, 27 mei, 22 juli

Birth in Holland Breastfeeding Workshop

During this workshop you will learn how to start breastfeeding and receive lots of practical information for the week after the baby is born. You will learn important tips for breastfeeding and what to look out for. With this knowledge you will be able to recognise and prevent common problems in a timely manner. The workshop is given by the lactation consultant from Aidulac, Annette Luime. The interactive nature of the workshop offers plenty of room for exchanging knowledge and experiences and to ask questions.

Content
The subject we will cover include: The importance of early and correct latch after the birth, skin-to-skin contact, different positions, feeding schedules, how to recognise if your baby is getting enough milk and the normal process of breastfeeding in the week following the birth.
